What is your delivery range?
We will do office fresh fruit delivery to any location in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
How often can I have fruit delivered?
You can schedule as frequently - or infrequently - as you like. Most customers schedule a weekly delivery. However, larger offices schedule several deliveries throughout the week, while smaller offices may do a bi-weekly delivery. You can even do one-time orders if that's what suits your needs!
Can I customize our order?
Absolutely! If you want more of one fruit and less of another, simply put that information in the "Notes" field when you make your delivery, or contact us.
What do I do with the empty basket?
We recycle our fruit baskets, so please save the empties and we will pick them up at your next delivery.
Can you split our order over several floors, or offices?
Absolutely! Just let us know how you would like the order to be split over the floors in the "Notes" field and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.
Is your fruit guaranteed?
All our fruit is hand-selected and guaranteed to be free of spoilage upon delivery. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or full refund.
Do you sell fruit by the case?
Yes, we do offer select fruits by the case for larger offices and special events. Contact us for additional information.
Is your fruit organic?
We do provide organic when we can, however, in order to maintain the highest quality and value most of our produce is conventionally grown.
Can I order over the phone?
Of course! Just give us a call at 972.295.9091 and we'll be happy to take care of you.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We deliver between 7:00am – 4:30pm. If you need special arrangements we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a delivery fee?
We charge a nominal fee of $5 for each delivery, regardless of order size. Order as much as you like - the delivery fee will remain the same!
Is there a contract?
There are no contracts! If you have a scheduled delivery and need to cancel, please give us 48 hours notice prior to your next order.
When will we be invoiced?
ORCHARD At The OFFICE offers several payment options. It is recommended that weekly deliveries are handled with credit card payment, but we can also invoice your company on a weekly or monthly basis.
